Mike Hagans, Engineering Advisor for Skyview Networks, led the design and implementation of Cirocast, bringing more than three decades of experience in content origination and network distribution, including operating the satellite services the platform is built to replace.

Mike advanced from Chief Engineer to Director of Engineering across three iHeartMedia divisions. At Premiere Networks he built studios and uplinks in New York, Los Angeles and Philadelphia, as well as Premiere’s first network operations center. As President and General Manager of iHeartMedia Satellite Services (later Orbital Media Networks) he ran a commercial radio satellite distribution business end to end, spanning MCPC and SCPC platforms, IP over satellite and VSAT, bandwidth services and led the migration of commercial radio uplinks from AMC-8 to SES-11, founding the Radio Network Users Group to negotiate the industry’s terms with SES.

He holds an FCC General Radiotelephone license and is a FEMA-trained emergency manager.
